The Roxa Development Institute (RDI) supports qualified Afghan refugees in migrating to Canada through the Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot (EMPP) program. We provide Canadian-recognized credentials, job placements in fields like healthcare, education, technology, hotel management, and skilled trades, along with language training and cultural orientation. Our goal is to empower refugees for a smooth transition to economic independence while contributing to Canada’s diverse workforce.

​RDI’s leadership team also collaborates with and supports partners to train facilitators and deliver psychological counselling services, including individual and group sessions, to address mental health challenges and support trauma recovery for those in need wherever they reside.
