The Roxa Development Institute (RDI) supports qualified Afghan refugees in migrating to Canada through the Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot (EMPP) program. We provide Canadian-recognized credentials, job placements in fields like healthcare, education, technology, hotel management, and skilled trades, along with language training and cultural orientation. Our goal is to empower refugees for a smooth transition to economic independence while contributing to Canada’s diverse workforce.
Counselling and Wellbeing
The Purpose of the Roxa Development Institute is to provide psychological counselling services, including individual and group sessions, to address mental health challenges and support trauma recovery for those in need.
Transition and Housing
At Roxa Development Institute, we facilitate access to stable housing through case management, transitional support, and resources to help individuals navigate significant life changes and achieve independence.
Education and Language
RDI delivers education and language training designed to enhance skills, promote knowledge acquisition, and support individuals in rebuilding their lives and integrating in to society.
